West Ham United captain Mark Noble took over the official club’s twitter page yesterday to answer questions from the Hammers fans across the world.

Noble, who has made 375 Premier League appearances for the Hammers, posted a video on Twitter to encourage fans to ask questions they wanted the answers to; and it created plentiful engagement.

There was one reply in particular that generated ample amounts of engagement across social media.

“Me, Teddy [Sheringham] and Whacker went swimming, I got caught by Pardew with an ice-cream in my hand on the 10 metre board with the whole pool clapping and shouting ‘easy, easy, easy’.

“All three were top, top players in their own right, but all round player, Steven Gerrard was the complete footballer.” Former Hammer Jimmy Walker also took the time to ask the skipper a question.

Noble was asked the famous question of who was better between Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard and Paul Scholes and he replied: “Trust me when I say you only realise how good a player is when you play against them.
