West Ham's international players will now start making their journeys back to Rush Green, some from further afield than others, as the international break fixtures are done and dusted.

In the last round of games, Declan Rice, Andriy Yarmolenko and Manuel Lanzini al featured for their countries.

Rice played the full 90 minutes as England beat Kosovo 5-3 in a wild game at St Mary's.

For West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini, it looks as if all of his players have come away from international duty without picking up any injuries but he will have to decide if some of the players are fresh enough to face Aston Viilla when the Premier League returns this weekend - for the Hammers it's not until next Monday.

Seven first team players were called up to represent their country over the past ten days or so and most of them have seen success on the international stage throughout that time across all age groups.

The first team players who were not called up for international duty have been training as normal at Rush Green since Monday while those who were away will be returning across the course of the next three days.

Yarmiolenko started the game and played 58 minutes as he continues his comeback from a serious achilles injury which kept him out for ten months last season.
